Peanut Butter Cups

The ingredients for Peanut Butter Crunch Cake are below…
- 1/3 cup homemade Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 ounces confectioners’ coating (white chocolate), broken up
- 1/2 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
For this peanut butter recipe blend the 1/3 cup Jif, the powdered sugar and vanilla. Chill in your refrigerator. Using 1/2 teaspoon mixture for each, roll into 24 balls. Place in 1 1/2-inch paper bonbon cups. In a saucepan, melt confectioners’ coating and the 1/2 cup peanut butter over a medium heat, stirring constantly. Spoon into cups. Chill in your refrigerator. This peanut butter recipe makes 2 dozen peanut butter cups!
